TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Details of this Agreement

The client has signed up to rent a console, provided by Light Gaming for a time period. By agreeing to this document the client has agreed to every condition stated below.

2. Initial Handover Conditions

This stage should preferably occur at the cllent's residence or at location of product
usage and at the time of client's choosing. During this stage the client should first
provide their residence documents(residence permit/visa and address contract). These
documents should also be uploaded. After this there will be an exhibition of the product
that is to be rented, as proof and for record of the functionality state of the product and
all its accessories. After this, the client will sign a statement of the record of the
functionality of the product and all its accessories and in conclusion the product will be
handed over to the client.
If there is the realization that the client's environment or character expresses
irresponsibility and/or untrustworthiness, for the safety of the product Lightgaming has
the right to withdraw from the transaction.

3. In Client Possession

Downloading games
In the case that client wants to download a game while in possession of the
rental, he/she is obligated to contact Lightgaming to come to an agreement regarding
wanted game. If this obligation is bypassed, Lightgaming is well in their right to take
advantage of the added value(game), used at their discretion.
Access
Unless client is a subscriber he/she must play as a guest user. If a profile is
created it will be deleted upon return, eliminating all client's saved data. In other words,
in the case the client is not a subscriber and creates a profile, the created profile will be
deleted unless and agreement has been come to between client and Lightgaming.
Client (subscriber or not) is obliged to stay within the realm of their own profile
and not access other users' profile.
Subscription and benefits
If client has a monthly subscription, he/she is permitted to create a profile on the
console. The lifespan for the profile will be the entire length of the month of
subscription. Monthly subscribers are entitled to 10% discount on future
subscriptions(after their first monthly subscription).
Cleaning
Client should create and maintain clean, safe environment around the vicinity of
the console etc. while in possession of the console.
Maintenance/technical issues

If any technical complication, accidents occur to affect the rented console, the
client is obligated to contact Lightgaming as soon as possible to inform and get help with
the aim of avoiding permanent damage and further complications.
Transport
In the case that client wants to transport rented products provided by
Lightgaming, client is first and foremost obligated to call Lightgaming to seek permission
on transport it. Violating this regulation will be seen as a breach of contract.
Other
If any other scenario/condition not stated above takes place, the generic
reaction/solution is for the client to contact Lightgaming for discussion, agreement and
resolution.

4. Final Handover Conditions

During this stage there will be an exhibition of the Console that has been rented and is being returned, preferably at the same location during the Initial Handover. After this, a Light Gaming representative will sign the statement of the record of functionality, confirming the state of the PlayStation has been retained. And hereafter, the Console will be handed over to the Light Gaming Representative.

5. Damage Control

In the case that the record of functionality is not retained, the financial amount
necessary to fix the anomaly will be provided by the client. This amount will be
determined by authorised service center: Triwarden Informatikai és Szolgáltató Kft.
Client must return rented product at the end of rental period. In the case of
rescheduling return date/time, client must send notice 5 hours before Final Handover,
otherwise it will be considered a breach of contract and will be resolved at renter and
rentee's discretion or with legal action.

CONTRACT FOR LEASE OF A CONSOLE

1. Details of this Agreement

By agreeing/signing to this document both parties will have agreed and are subject to every condition stated below.

2. Initial Handover Conditions

During this stage there will be exhibition of the console that is to be leased, as proof and for record of the functionality state of the Console and all its accessories. After this, the lessee will sign a statement of record of the functionality of the Console and all its accessories and in conclusion, the Console will be handed over to the lessee. This stage should preferably occur at the lessor’s residence or at pick up location of Console and at an agreed time.

3. Final Handover Conditions

During this stage there will be an exhibition of the console that had been leased and is being returned to the lessor, preferably at the same location as during the Initial Handover. After this, the lessor will sign the statement of the record of functionality, confirming the state of the console has been retained. And hereafter, the playstation will be handed back to the lessor.

4. Damage Control

In the case that the record of functionality is not retained, the financial amount necessary to fix the anomaly will be provided by the lessee. This amount is determined by playstation authorised service center: Triwarden Informatikai és Szolgáltató Kft.

 

Lessee must return rented product at the end of lease period. In the case of rescheduling return date/time, lessee must send notice 5 hours before Final Handover, otherwise it will be considered a breach of contract and will be resolved at lessor and lessee’s discretion or with legal action.

 

The lessor has the right to withdraw from the transaction only before the initial handover is complete.
